目的:建立实验用9~12月龄不同喂养方式巴马小型猪生理特征参考值。方法:选取9~12月龄雄性去势普通级小型猪8只高脂喂养,5只普通喂养,连续检测体尺值、耳温、肛温、心率、呼吸、血压4个月。分别统计分析高脂喂养和普通喂养9~12月龄小型猪的生理特征,及两种喂养方式在生理特征上的差异。结果:9~12月龄高脂组小型猪体尺值与正常组小型猪体尺值均有统计学差异,高脂组均大于同月龄正常组,提示高脂组增长快于正常组。高脂组体温(耳和肛)、心率、呼吸与正常组有一定差异,耳温、肛温、心率均高于正常组,而呼吸低于正常组,同时可见正常组体温随着月龄增长呈下降趋势。两组血压相当,但两组可见血压随着月龄增长而升高的趋势。结论:初步建立9~12月龄不同喂养方式巴马小型猪的生理特征参考值,为巴马小型猪进一步应用于实验中提供有益的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a physiological reference value for Bama miniature pigs with different feeding modes from 9 to 12 months old. Methods: Eight high-fat and low-fat diets of 9 to 12-month-old male castration pigs were fed with normal diet and five normal feeding groups. The body measurements, ear temperature, rectal temperature, heart rate, respiration and blood pressure were measured continuously for 4 months. The physiological characteristics of the miniature pigs aged 9-12 months fed with high fat diet and normal feeding were statistically analyzed, and the difference in physiological characteristics between the two feeding ways was analyzed. Results: The body size of small pigs in high fat group aged 9-12 months were significantly different from that of small pigs in normal group. The high fat group was larger than the normal group of the same age, suggesting that the growth of high fat group was faster than that of normal group. The body temperature (ear and anus), heart rate and respiration in hyperlipidemia group were different from those in normal group. Ear temperature, rectal temperature and heart rate were higher than those in normal group, while respiration was lower than normal group. Body temperature in normal group increased with age Showing a downward trend. Two groups of blood pressure, but the two groups showed a rising trend of blood pressure with age. CONCLUSION: Physiological characteristics of Bama miniature pigs from 9 to 12 months of age are preliminarily established, providing a useful reference for the further application of Bama miniature pigs in the experiment.
