本报通讯员、湖南郴州市第三人民医院(423000)董陵报道 湖南医科大学李桂源教授等在探索细胞连接蛋白基因(CX)的表达规律中发现,抑癌基因CX43、CX32分别是鼻咽上皮细胞和胃粘膜上皮细胞的特异性表达基因,一旦失去活性,细胞连接蛋白通讯联络就会中断,将导致细胞异常增生,诱发鼻咽癌和胃癌。
