随着我国社会经济不断发展,也相应的推动了我国建筑行业的发展。建筑企业在进行建筑工程建设的主要目的,就是获得最大的进行效益,促进企业进一步的发展。因此,本文重点探讨了建筑企业的预算管理。通过对工程建筑进行全面的预算管理,对预算进行科学的控制,进而节约成本,获得最大的利润。通过本文的探讨,希望能够为相关方面的研究提供理论性的参考。
With the continuous development of China’s social economy, it has also correspondingly promoted the development of China’s construction industry. The main purpose of construction companies in carrying out construction projects is to obtain maximum benefits and promote further business development. Therefore, this article focuses on the budget management of construction companies. Through comprehensive budget management of engineering buildings, scientific control of the budget will save costs and maximize profits. Through the discussion of this article, I hope to provide a theoretical reference for related research.
