6月27日,国家卫生计生委办公厅印发《关于抓好2014年县级公立医院综合改革试点工作落实的通知》。《通知》明确2014年完成的改革任务,主要有以下几个方面。一是建立现代医院管理制度,落实公立医院法人主体地位。二是各地制订区域规划,严格控制县级公立医院盲目扩大床位规模,禁止公立医院举债新建医院或举债新购置大型医用设备。 On June 27, the General Office of the State Health and Family Planning Commission issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job of the Pilot Project of Comprehensive Reform of County-level Public Hospitals in 2014.
