目的探索三峡库区湖北段有无血吸虫病传播的危险因素。方法采用回顾性调查法、类比法和模拟生态实验等方法.结果与结论进一步证实三峡库区湖北段无钉螺生长,但调查表明三峡库区存在着与血吸虫病疫区相似的气候环境、相似的土壤容重和相同的钉螺能吃的植物。说明三峡库区湖北段存在着生长钉螺的基本环境条件。其不生长钉螺的原因尚须进一步研究。
Objective To explore the risk factors of schistosomiasis transmission in the Hubei section of the Three Gorges Reservoir. Methods Using retrospective investigation, analogy and simulation of ecological experiments and other methods. The results and conclusions further confirm the growth of snails in Hubei Province in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. However, the survey shows that there is a climatic environment similar to the schistosomiasis-endemic area in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, with similar soil bulk density and the same snail-eating plants. This shows that the basic environmental conditions for the growth of snails exist in the Hubei section of the Three Gorges Reservoir. The reason why it does not grow snails still needs further study.
