为了研究热力膨胀阀对高速列车空调系统性能的影响,对有故障的高速列车空调系统进行了膨胀阀静态过热度调节试验,分析了不同静态过热度下空调系统性能。分析和试验表明,增大膨胀阀静态过热度可以有效改善膨胀阀供液不足以及蒸发盘管分液不均的现象,从而提高蒸发压力和蒸发温度,解决空调不制冷的问题。
In order to study the influence of thermal expansion valve on the performance of high-speed train air-conditioning system, the static superheat degree of expansion valve was tested on the faulty high-speed train air-conditioning system. The performance of air conditioning system under different static superheat degree was analyzed. Analysis and tests show that increasing the static superheat degree of the expansion valve can effectively improve the insufficiency of the supply of the expansion valve and the uneven distribution of the evaporating coil so as to raise the evaporation pressure and the evaporation temperature and solve the problem that the air conditioner is not refrigerated.
