18世纪末期,浪漫主义文学正式在英国生根发芽,经过一个世纪的发展,其在西方近代文学中的地位更是越来越高。英国浪漫主义文学着重表现作家的主观理想,抒发强烈的个人情感,着力歌颂大自然。它的兴起将沿袭了近三百年的僵化的新古典主义迅速瓦解,成就了19世纪西方文学盛极一时的繁荣局面,对后来的西方主义诗歌发展产生了深远影响。
In the late 18th century, Romantic literature officially took root in England. After a century of development, its position in modern Western literature is even higher and higher. British romantic literature focuses on the author’s subjective ideal, express strong personal feelings, strive to sing the praises of nature.
