云南作为我国花卉主产地,80％以上的花卉集中在昆明市呈贡县斗南花卉批发市场交易,斗南成了目前西南地区最大的鲜花专业大卖场。它由20世纪80年代初的“马路市场”发展到今天,其经营模式有批发、零售、超市、花店、拍卖等多种形式,各种经营模式如何运作?以后的发展趋势怎样?对云南花卉业有何影响?为了寻找答案,笔者最近作了些调查、可供业内参考。
As the main origin of flowers in China, more than 80% of the flowers are concentrated in Dounan Flower Market in Chenggong County of Kunming. Dounan has become the largest flower specialty hypermarket in Southwest China. It has been developed from the “street market” in the early 1980s to today. Its business model is in various forms such as wholesale, retail, supermarkets, flower shops and auctions. How are various business models operating? What are the future trends? What is the impact of the flower industry? In order to find the answer, I recently made some investigations for the industry reference.
