氯化钴对大豆根系的合成功能与花荚脱落的影响

COCL_2·6H_2O 100PPM叶面喷洒和300PPM种子拌种处理对大豆不同品种的实验结果表明,两种处理均有减少大豆落花、落荚的效果(比对照减少4.4~14.6%)。然而,以减少脱落效果而论,CO~(2+)对减少落花率的效果好于减少落荚率的效果;以处理方法而言,拌种处理效果好于叶面喷洒处理。 CO~(2+)离子何以减少大豆花荚脱落?根据实验结果分析,初步认为,同大豆盛花期根系伤流量的增加,叶片与根系伤流液中K~+离子浓度的增加以及伤流液中脱落酸含量的降低有关。 COCL_2 · 6H_2O 100PPM foliar spraying and 300PPM seed dressing treatment on different varieties of soybean experiment results show that both treatments have the effect of reducing fall and fall of soybean (reduced by 4.4 ~ 14.6% compared with the control).
