目的研究华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera藤茎的化学成分。方法运用正相硅胶柱色谱,制备TLC等方法进行分离,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从华中五味子藤茎95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了13个化合物,包括6个三萜,6个木脂素和1个甾醇,分别鉴定为华中五内酯素(1)、南五内酯(2)、五内酯E(3)、12β-羟基黑老虎酸(4)、五味子酸(5)、schisanbilactone A(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、内消旋二氢愈创木脂酸(8)、去氧五味子素(9)、五味子酯甲(10)、五味子酚乙(11)、五味子乙素(12)和当归酰基戈米辛M1(13)。结论其中化合物1为1个新三萜类化合物,命名为华中五内酯素。化合物2~4、6、9、11、13为植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Schisandra sphenanthera cv. Methods The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds, including six triterpenoids, six lignans and one sterol, were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Schisandra chinensis cv. Huazhong, (5), schisanbilactone A (6), β-sitosterol (7), meso-dihydrocortisone (3), 12β- Deoxycholate (9), Schisandra ester (10), Schisandra B (11), Schisandrin B (12), and angelogemin Gamisin M1 (13) were obtained. Conclusions Among them, compound 1 is a new triterpene compound named as Huazhong Pentoxalate. Compounds 2 ~ 4, 6, 9, 11, 13 were isolated from plants for the first time.
