介绍了LAMOST光纤定位小焦面系统的构造,系统主要包括如下几个部分:256个光纤定位单元,小焦面板,控制子系统,测量子系统,线缆与光纤,以及相应开发的控制及测量程序。测试结果表明光纤随机走点精度大部分(236/256)单元、绝大部分测试点(94.2%)达到了定位精度的要求(不超过40μm)。
The structure of LAMOST fiber positioning small focal plane system is introduced. The system mainly includes the following parts: 256 fiber positioning units, small focus panel, control subsystem, measurement subsystem, cable and fiber, and the corresponding developed control and measurement program. The test results show that most of the optical fiber random walk point accuracy (236/256) units, most of the test points (94.2%) to achieve the positioning accuracy requirements (not more than 40μm).
