随着职业学校规模的不断扩大,构建教育质量保障体系成为德国职业学校质量管理的新方法。德国在职业学校教育质量保障方面的成功经验主要体现为:持续性评价和发展;相关法律的全面制定;质量标准的科学设定;自我评价的有效开展;第三方专业机构的有力监控。这些成功经验发人深省,本文从我国职业学校教育质量保障的现实诉求出发,借鉴德国的成功经验,提出适合我国职业学校教育质量保障的框架:加强职业教育“制度化”建设;制定“科学化”质量标准;实施内部“客观化”自我评价;创设“专门化”质量保障机构。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of vocational schools, building quality assurance system of education has become a new method of quality management in German vocational schools. Germany’s successful experience in the quality assurance of vocational schools is mainly manifested in: continuous evaluation and development; comprehensive development of relevant laws; scientific setting of quality standards; effective self-evaluation; and strong monitoring by third-party specialized agencies. These successful experiences are thought-provoking. Based on the practical demands of the quality assurance of vocational schools in our country, this paper draws lessons from the successful experiences of Germany and puts forward a framework that is suitable for the quality assurance of vocational schools in our country: strengthening the construction of vocational education and institutionalization; “Quality standards; implementation of internal ” objective “self-evaluation; create ” specialization "quality assurance agencies.
