我国档案学师生共同体与档案教育事业同步发展,但目前存在着一些制约其健康发展的问题。我们应从净化档案学术生态环境、培养档案学本科生的科研能力、建立“科研——教学——学习”共同体三个方面着手,重构我国的档案学师生学术共同体。 The file community of teachers and students in our country keeps pace with the development of archival education. However, there are some problems that restrict its healthy development. We should start from the three aspects of purifying the academic environment of archives, cultivating the scientific research capability of archivist undergraduates and establishing a “scientific research - teaching - learning” community to reconstruct the academic community of archivists and students in our country.
