2007年,自治区植物保护站被命名为自治区级行风建设示范窗口单位以来,从有效推进依法检疫保障措施的视角入手,采取法规措施和检疫技术措施并举的做法,从制度建设和检疫技术层面进行了有益探索,取得新成效。1检疫示范窗口建设1.1严格实行省间植物调运检疫委托制度根据《植物检疫条例》实施细则有关规定,制订完善了《自治区省间农业植物调运检疫委托管理办法》。对配备有3人以上专职检疫员、具备基本的检疫实验室和办公场所、有健全的检疫工作管理考核制度的,凡符合这3个条件具有检疫执法
