目的 :探讨新鲜羊膜移植在角膜急性炎症治疗中的抑制多形核白细胞作用 ,并与保存羊膜移植作比较。方法 :以48只新西兰大白兔制作角膜碱烧伤实验模型 ,2 4小时后设立新鲜羊膜移植组、保存羊膜移植组和对照组。术后 14天、30天取材角膜进行组织病理学检查 ,以计算机图像分析系统测量其多形核白细胞含量。结果 :新鲜羊膜移植组角膜组织中多形核白细胞含量低于保存羊膜移植组 ,两者均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :在角膜急性炎症期治疗中 ,新鲜羊膜移植能够抑制多形核白细胞浸润 ,其抑制炎症作用较保存羊膜移植强
Objective: To investigate the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation on the inhibition of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the treatment of corneal acute inflammation, and to compare with the preservation of amniotic membrane transplantation. Methods: The experimental model of corneal alkali burn was made in 48 New Zealand white rabbits. After 24 hours, a fresh amniotic membrane transplantation group was established, and the amniotic membrane transplantation group and the control group were preserved. The corneas were harvested at 14 and 30 days postoperatively for histopathological examination, and their polymorphonuclear leukocytes were measured by a computerized image analysis system. Results: The content of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in fresh amniotic membrane transplantation group was lower than that in preserved amniotic membrane transplantation group, both of which were lower than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: In the treatment of acute corneal inflammation, fresh amniotic membrane transplantation can inhibit polymorphonuclear leukocyte infiltration, and its inhibition of inflammation than preserved amniotic membrane transplantation
