随着卫生改革的不断深化,人事制度的改革已成为促进医院发展和将各项改革推向纵深的重要一环。我院作为皖西地区最大的综合性三级医院,自1998年起,就把人事制度的改革摆上重要议事日程。1999年元月,借上级主管部门将我院列人事业单位人事制度改革试点单位的东风,加大改革力度,经过两年多的运行,收效显著。
With the continuous deepening of the health reform, the reform of the personnel system has become an important part of promoting the development of hospitals and pushing each reform into depth. As the largest comprehensive tertiary hospital in western Yunnan, our institute has put the reform of the personnel system on the agenda since 1998. In January 1999, the higher authorities took advantage of the efforts of the pilot units of the reform of personnel systems in our institutes and institutions to intensify reform efforts. After more than two years of operation, the results were significant.
