绩效考核是涉及员工切身利益的重要企业管理制度。通过143家企业样本案例分析,得出绩效考核嵌入集体谈判的模型构造。将集体谈判嵌入绩效考核,实现了劳动法与人力资源管理学的衔接;有助于推进建设和谐劳动关系。
Performance appraisal is an important business management system involving the immediate interests of employees. Through the analysis of 143 enterprise samples, we conclude the model construction of performance appraisal embedded in collective bargaining. Embedding collective bargaining in performance appraisal has realized the link between labor law and human resource management and helps to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.
