结合超临界锅炉机组启动与运行的特殊性,提出了600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的启动系统方案,分析了超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的冷、热态启动过程及工作过程的特性,给出了可供参考的冷、热态启动曲线,阐述了机组启停优化运行技术措施、主要运行参数的调整与控制技术、污染物NOx及SO2排放浓度的控制及锅炉低负荷运行的稳燃技术等,为600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的顺利投运提供了一定的参考与借鉴.
Combining with the particularity of start-up and operation of supercritical boiler unit, a scheme of starting system of 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler unit is put forward. The start-up process and working process of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler unit are analyzed.
