目的 探讨早期原发性开角型青光眼彩色图形视网膜电图 (CP- E RG)、彩色图形视觉诱发电位 (CP- VEP)的改变特征。方法 采用电生理方法记录早期原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)患者在白 /黑、红 /黑、蓝 /黑翻转图形刺激下的 CP- ERG、CP- VEP。结果 (1) POAG组 CP- ERG的 b波幅值下降 ,潜伏期延长 ;CP- VEP的 P1 0 0 波幅值下降 ,潜伏期延长 ;(2 ) POAG组 CP- ERG和 CP- VEP的异常发生率均明显高于对照组 ;(3) POAG组CP- ERG和 (或 ) CP- VEP显著高于对照组及 POAG组白 /黑刺激下的异常发生率。结论 CP- ERG和 CP- VEP是检测早期 POAG视网膜功能改变的有效方法 ,其联合应用更有助于 POAG的早期诊断 Objective To investigate the changes of color echocardiography (CP-E RG) and color vision visual evoked potentials (CP-VEP) in early primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods Electrophysiological methods were used to record CP-ERG and CP-VEP in patients with early primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) under white / black, red / black and blue / black reversal pattern stimuli. Results (1) The amplitude of b-wave in CP-ERG decreased and the latency prolonged in POAG group. The amplitude of P1 0 0 in CP-VEP decreased and the latency prolonged. (2) The abnormal incidence of CP-ERG and CP-VEP in POAG group Were significantly higher than those in the control group. (3) CP-ERG and / or CP-VEP in POAG group were significantly higher than those in control group and POAG group under white / black stimulation. Conclusion CP-ERG and CP-VEP are effective methods to detect the changes of retinal function in early stage of POAG. The combination of CP-ERG and CP-VEP is more helpful for the early diagnosis of POAG
