级进模工步排样是级进模设计的核心 ,理论上属 NP完全问题。本文在分析一般优化方法的基础上 ,将模拟退火算法应用于工步排样 ,建立了组合优化数学模型 ;同时运用层次分析法获取多目标优化函数的权值向量 ,并通过知识引导有效地提高了算法效率。实际应用表明 ,模拟退火算法在优化结果上明显优于常规方法 ,为智能级进模系统实现工步排样优化探索了一条有效途径。
