因受场地布置限制,武钢1号高炉自投产以来一直采用四车制上料,批重受限,不能满足生产需求。因此,对高炉上料系统进行了优化,将上料方式由四车制改为五车制,扩大了批重,既保证了高炉稳定顺行,又提高了高炉各项技术经济指标。
Due to the site layout restrictions, WISCO No.1 blast furnace has been using four-car system since the production, limited weight, can not meet the production needs. Therefore, the blast furnace feeding system was optimized, and the feeding mode was changed from four-car system to five-car system. The batch weight was enlarged, which not only ensured the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace, but also improved various technical and economic indexes of the blast furnace.
