[目的]解决微囊悬浮剂在实际生产中容易出现板结、沉淀等质量问题。[方法]实验采用低分子量脲醛树脂作为反应单体来制备微囊悬浮剂,并对所制备的产品的理化性质进行测定。[结果]低分子量脲醛树脂与常用表面活性剂的表面张力曲线相似;当低分子量脲醛树脂的黏度在55.7时制备的微囊悬浮剂质量最好。[结论]使用低分子量脲醛树脂作为壁材制备微囊悬浮剂,制备过程更加可控,制备出的微囊悬浮剂质量良好。
[Objective] To solve the quality problems that the microcapsule suspending agent easily appeared in the actual production such as sheet knot, precipitation and so on. [Method] The experiment used low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin as reaction monomer to prepare microcapsule suspending agent, and the physical and chemical properties of the prepared product were determined. [Result] The surface tension curves of low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin and conventional surfactants were similar. When the viscosity of low-molecular-weight urea-formaldehyde resin was 55.7, the preparation of microcapsule suspension had the best quality. [Conclusion] The preparation process of microcapsule suspending agent with low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material was more controllable, and the prepared microcapsule suspending agent had good quality.
