肝脏是脂蛋白和脂质代谢的重要器官 ,许多原因引起的肝脏损伤都伴有脂蛋白合成及代谢异常。测定血清脂蛋白及有关指标的变化 ,了解肝病患者脂蛋白代谢紊乱的情况 ,对疾病的诊断、治疗和判断预后等方面均有重要意义。1 对象与方法1 1 检测对象 肝病组 12 9例均为 1997～ 1999
