金属烤瓷桥固定松动牙列对牙周组织的影响

目的:探讨金属烤瓷桥(porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge,PFMB)固定牙周病松动牙列对基牙牙周组织的影响。方法:选择34例因牙周病松动需要单侧固定修复松动牙,且对侧存留相应天然牙的病例,将对侧天然牙作为对照组。在修复后2周、6个月、12个月、18个月定期检测基牙与对照组的龈沟液(GCF)量、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)等牙周指数的变化。结果:松牙用PFMB固定修复后,实验组GCF等牙周指数仍有不断升高趋势(P<0.05),但与对照组(对侧相应天然牙)升高水平接近(P>0.05)。结论:用PFMB固定松动牙列对牙周组织有刺激性,但短期对牙周组织影响不明显,长期影响有待进一步观察。 Objective: To investigate the effect of porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge (PFMB) on the periodontal tissues of the periodontal loosening periodontal disease. Methods: 34 cases of loosening due to periodontal loosening were selected to fix the loosening tooth, and the corresponding natural teeth on the contralateral side were selected. The contralateral tooth was chosen as the control group. Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF), gingival bleeding index (GBI), plaque index (PLI), probing depth of the abutment and the control group were detected regularly at 2, 6, 12 and 18 months after repair. (PD) and other changes in the periodontal index. Results: The periodontal index of GCF and other experimental groups continued to increase (P <0.05) after PFMA fixation and repair, but it was similar to that of the control group (corresponding contralateral natural tooth) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Fixation of loose dentition by PFMB can stimulate periodontal tissue, but it has no obvious effect on periodontal tissue in short term. The long-term effect needs further observation.
