提出了一种高精度、非接触式测量磨损量的新方法——磨痕光测法。通过采集磨痕的光干涉图象,并用计算机进行图象处理,从而得到磨损量的大小。其水平分辨率达2.7μm,垂直分辨率达0.83nm,可用于宽度小于5mm,深度梯度小于0.083,表面粗糙度小于0.125μm的磨痕测量。对客观性、精确性和方便性进行了分析。将该方法用于环块试验机试件磨痕的测量中,并以此为依据对滑动条件下有润滑磨损的粘—弹性模型的进行了验证。
A new method of measuring wear volume with high accuracy and non-contact is proposed, which is the wear-scar measurement method. By collecting the optical interference image of the wear scar and using a computer for image processing, the amount of wear is obtained. The horizontal resolution of 2.7μm, the vertical resolution of 0.83nm, can be used for width less than 5mm, the depth gradient is less than 0.083, the surface roughness of less than 0.125μm wear scar measurements. The objectivity, accuracy and convenience were analyzed. The method was applied to the measurement of the worn marks on ring blocks, and the visco-elastic model with lubrication and wear under sliding condition was verified.
