党的十七届六中全会指出,文化引领时代风气之先,是最需要创新的领域。推动文化大发展大繁荣是社会主义文化建设的鲜明主题,创新是加快文化发展的强大动力。文化创新包括综合创新、理论创新、内容创新、形式创新、科技创新、体制创新等各个方面,是推进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的重要举措。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that culture leads the trend of the times and is the field most in need of innovation. Promoting the great development and prosperity of culture is a distinct theme of socialist cultural construction. Innovation is a powerful impetus to speeding up cultural development. Cultural innovation includes all aspects of comprehensive innovation, theoretical innovation, content innovation, formal innovation, scientific and technological innovation, system innovation and other important measures to promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture.
