本文初步探讨北京延庆腐植酸对小鼠肝糖原含量的影响,观察到一次给药组(腹腔注射腐植酸100mg/kg)小鼠肝细胞内糖原含量,随着时间延长呈直线下降的趋势,至给药后24小时,肝糖原明显减少,提示腐植酸在一定时间内有分解肝糖原的作用。研究资料表明腐植酸有多方面的生理效应:临床试用发现腐植酸在治疗体表炎症、某些胃肠道疾病有一定疗效;动物实验已提示腐植酸对肾上腺皮质功能有兴奋作用;腐植酸对物质代谢也有影响,能抑制 ATP 酶对 ATP 的分解。在糖代谢方面,腐植酸能使已糖激酶的活性升高,国内于吉人等报道腐植酸能升高血糖。考虑到血糖与肝糖原有相互的生理联系,腐植酸既能升高血糖,也可能会使肝糖原发生变化。本实验目的在于观察腐植酸对肝糖原的影响。
In this study, the effect of humic acid in Yanqing of Beijing on hepatic glycogen content in mice was investigated. The glycogen content in hepatocytes of mice in the one-dose group (100 mg/kg peritoneal injection of humic acid) was observed, and it declined linearly with time. At 24 hours after administration, hepatic glycogen was significantly reduced, suggesting that humic acid has the effect of decomposing hepatic glycogen within a certain period of time. Research data show that humic acid has many physiological effects: clinical trial found that humic acid in the treatment of body surface inflammation, some gastrointestinal diseases have a certain effect; animal experiments have prompted humic acid to the adrenal cortex function of excitatory effects; humic acid Material metabolism also has an effect and can inhibit the decomposition of ATP by ATPase. In glycometabolism, humic acid can increase the activity of hexokinase, and domestic Yuji et al. reported that humic acid can increase blood glucose. Taking into account the original physiological relationship between blood sugar and glycogen, humic acid can both increase blood sugar and may also cause changes in glycogen. The purpose of this experiment is to observe the effect of humic acid on hepatic glycogen.
