当前,以互联网为代表的信息技术日新月异,引领了社会生产新变革,创造了人类生活新空间,拓展了国家治理新领域。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,建设亿万网民共同的精神家园必须在党的领导之下,党的组织、工作要覆盖网络空间,党的主张要成为网络空间的最强音。习近平总书记对此专门强调,在我国,7亿多人上互联网,肯定需要管理;企业要承担企业的责任,党和政府要承担党和政府的责任。
At present, the information technology represented by the Internet is changing with each passing day, leading new changes in social production, creating new space for human life and expanding new areas of state governance. The Communist Party of China is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To build a common spiritual home for millions of Internet users requires the party’s organization and work to cover the cyberspace under the leadership of the party. The party’s claim should become the strongest voice in cyberspace. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in this regard that in our country, more than 700 million people are on the Internet and certainly need to be managed. Enterprises should assume the responsibility of enterprises and the party and government should assume the responsibility of the party and the government.
