与生物系统相关的发光是研究生命现象的重要信息,体现了生物体的生命状态。通过对荧光信号、化学发光信号或超微弱光子辐射的探测,可以了解生物体内在的特点。本文对生物系统的发光原理和不同种类生物发光的应用领域进行了简单概述。随着光电检测技术的进步,生物发光将会得到更加深入的研究和推广,在发光机理和技术应用方面得到迅速发展。
Luminescence associated with biological systems is an important piece of information for studying life phenomena and reflects the state of life of an organism. Through the detection of fluorescent signals, chemiluminescence signals or ultra-weak photon radiation, we can understand the inherent characteristics of the organism. This article gives a brief overview of the principles of the luminescence of biological systems and the applications of different types of bioluminescence. With the progress of photoelectric detection technology, bioluminescence will be more in-depth research and promotion, the rapid development of light-emitting mechanism and technology applications.
