准确描述管道输送用能过程并科学构建其能耗评价指标体系,是原油管道能效管理的重要基础之一。目前,原油管输的用能计算与分析统计、工艺方案优化及能耗评价,一般侧重于供能站而非消耗能量的管段本身,且未对有效耗能与无效耗能进行区分,将能耗与能损完全等同,不利于管道系统节能的进一步研究。将?传递用于管输过程的用能描述与能耗评价,强调能的真正价值,侧重于对管段本身有效耗?的作用机理分析,补充并扩展了传统能耗评价指标体系。结果表明:在管输过程的总?耗中,有效?耗占 85%以上,其中有效热?耗相比有效压?耗占了绝大部分比重,因此,原油管输节能的重点应该集中在如何降低热能消耗。研究结果为原油管道的安全经济运行提供有益的理论依据和技术支持。
It is one of the important bases for energy efficiency management of crude oil pipelines to accurately describe the energy consumption process of pipelines and construct scientifically the index system of energy consumption evaluation. At present, the calculation and analysis of the energy consumption of crude oil pipelines, the optimization of technological schemes and the evaluation of energy consumption generally focus on the energy supply station instead of the energy-consuming pipe segment itself, and do not distinguish between the effective energy consumption and the ineffective energy consumption. Consumption and energy loss is exactly the same, is not conducive to further study of energy saving pipeline system. It is used to describe the energy consumption and energy consumption, and emphasize the true value of energy. The paper focuses on the analysis of the mechanism of the effective consumption of pipelines and complements and expands the traditional energy consumption evaluation index system. The results show that the effective consumption accounts for more than 85% of the total consumption of pipeline transportation, of which the effective heat consumption accounts for the vast majority of the proportion of the effective pressure consumption. Therefore, the focus of oil pipeline transportation should be focused on How to reduce heat consumption. The results provide useful theoretical basis and technical support for the safe and economical operation of crude oil pipelines.
