目的 :探讨 EB病毒和人乳头状瘤病毒 ( HPV)与鼻、鼻窦恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 :用聚合酶链反应( PCR)方法检测 3 2例鼻、鼻窦恶性肿瘤组织蜡块的 EB病毒和 HPV( HPV6、1 1、1 6、1 8、3 3 型 )基因 ,分析其与病理分型及 TNM分期的关系。结果 :3 2例中检出 EB病毒 12例 ( 3 7.5 % ) ,HPV2 1例 ( 65 .6% ) ,其中混合感染 6例 ,5例均未检出。与之对照的 10例鼻息肉中未检出 EBV和 HPV。TNM分期与 HPV和 EB病毒感染率无关 ,而 6例 EB病毒和 HPV混合感染均为 TNM分期 ~ 期 , ~ 期无一例混合感染。结论 :鼻、鼻窦恶性肿瘤不仅与 HPV感染有关 ,与 EB病毒感染也有一定关系。EBV和 HPV混合感染与鼻、鼻窦恶性肿瘤 TNM分期有关
Objective: To explore the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus and human papilloma virus (HPV) and nasal and nasal sinus cancer. Methods: The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and HPV (HPV6,1 1, 11, 18, 18, 3) genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 32 paraffin- Relationship between typing and TNM staging. Results: Of the 32 cases, 12 cases (3. 7.5%) were detected with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and 1 case (65.6%) with HPV2. Among them, 6 cases were mixed infection and 5 cases were not detected. EBV and HPV were not detected in 10 cases of nasal polyps. TNM staging was not associated with HPV and Epstein-Barr virus infection rates, whereas 6 cases of Epstein-Barr virus and HPV mixed infections were all TNM stage-to-stage and no case of mixed infection. Conclusion: Nasal and sinus malignant tumors are not only associated with HPV infection, but also have some relationship with Epstein-Barr virus infection. The mixed infection of EBV and HPV is related to the TNM staging of nasal and sinus malignant tumors
