目的探讨联合检测糖类抗原(CA)125、CA19-9、癌胚抗原(CEA)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法采用化学发光法分别检测了卵巢癌患者(A组,42例)、卵巢良性肿瘤患者(B组,51例)和健康志愿者(C组,32例)血清CA125、CA19-9、CEA和AFP的表达水平,比较单项检测和联合检测诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确度。结果 A组血清CA125和CA19-9的表达水平明显高于B、C组(P<0.05),而CEA和AFP的表达水平较B、C组有升高趋势。四项血清肿瘤指标联合检测的诊断敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为92.31%、88.67%和88.67%,均明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA125、CA19-9、CEA和AFP能提高卵巢癌诊断的准确率。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of carbohydrate antigen (CA) 125, CA19-9, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods The levels of serum CA125, CA19-9, CEA and CEA in ovarian cancer patients (group A, n = 42), benign ovarian tumor patients (group B, n = 51) and healthy volunteers (group C, AFP levels, comparing the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of individual tests and combined tests. Results The expression levels of CA125 and CA19-9 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P <0.05), while the expression levels of CEA and AFP were higher than those in group B and C. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of four serum tumor markers were 92.31%, 88.67% and 88.67%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of single detection (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125, CA19-9, CEA and AFP can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian cancer.
