一、前 言 COMAS线是卷烟厂制丝自动化生产线,主要工艺流程是把烟叶经过真空回潮、打叶、切丝、烘丝、膨化、加香等工艺过程最终制成烟丝。整条流水线由数百台机电设备组成,这些机电设备主要由十二个PLC控制柜及十二台MICON—P100双回路调节器进行控制调节,COMAS线控制系统的改造任务是把分散独立控制的PLC控制柜与双回路调节器构成一个车间区域网络系统,把车间的控制功能及状态监视集中在控制室中进行,形成一个高度智能化的计算机集散控制系统。从而把COMAS线的生产管理水平提高一个档次,有利于进一步提高烟丝的生产能力,保证烟丝的质量,使全车间的质量效益更上一层楼。
