Objective To understand the quality of life of HIV-infected persons (MSM) / AIDS (AIDS) in MSM and their related factors, and to provide reference for later psychological intervention. Methods HIV-infected men who had sex with men who had sex with men who had been tested for CD4 + T cell count in Nanchang Center for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed by WHOQOL-BREF. / AIDS patients 75 cases were evaluated, 64 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 85.33%. Results The scores of physiological field (12.13 ± 3.29), psychological field (11.91 ± 22.80) and social relations (12.56 ± 2.64) were lower in MSM / AIDS patients than those in the national norm P <0.01). The environmental field score (12.04 ± 2.46) points was not significantly different from the national norm. Univariate analysis showed that the number of CD4 + T cells was more than 200 / μl, and different marital status, per capita monthly household income, age and education were related to the quality of life of HIV-infected / AIDS patients in MSM (P < 0.05). The results of multi-factor stepwise linear regression showed that per capita income and CD4 + T cell count were the main factors affecting the quality of life of HIV-infected / AIDS patients in MSM (P <0.05).
