A number of new ideas about AIDS infection and transmission 1.1 In the early stage of AIDS infection, a large number of immune cells are destroyed. Two independent research groups in the United States used monkeys for simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) challenge and CD4 memory T cells after the latest invasion of the test results It shows that both CD4 and T cells in the monkey and the human body have the functions of memory, recognition and invasion of invading immunodeficiency virus, and can quickly organize the immune system to “block” the virus when they are infected again. The experimental results showed that 30% -60% of CD4 memory T cells in monkeys were infected when “HIV” infected the highest peak of monkeys, and the majority of infected cells disappeared within 4 days. This reaction can also lead to “suicide” of uninfected immune cells, suggesting an early attack of HIV that is rapidly abnormal. Must design in the future
