前年我们向中医眼科老师学习了改良的矫治眼睑内翻倒睫的手术方法(针夹眼睑)以后,就在我科门诊部,对有必要采用这种方法手术的患者进行矫治,前后共医治了46人,直接效果良好。手术方法1)器材:两根普通缝衣针及丝线。2)将两针针鼻用一丝线穿紧在一起,打结。3)用结好针鼻的两针,夹起眼睑皮层,应夹多少,视眼睑内翻程度和皮层的松紧度而定。上睑和下睑内翻都同样适用本法。 Two years ago we studied with the Chinese ophthalmology teacher improved surgical treatment of eyelid inverted trichiasis (needle folder eyelid) later in our clinic, the need for the use of this method of surgery in patients with correction, before and after treatment 46 people, the direct effect is good.
