针对某LNG接收站天然气外输管线系统,应用HYSYS Dynamic流程模拟软件,建立了天然气管线放空系统的动态模型,通过模型计算得出紧急泄压所需孔板的喉径面积,并基于此模型研究了放空过程中系统压力、温度、流量等参数随时间的动态响应过程。结果表明,建立的动态模型可仿真模拟天然气管线的实际放空过程,较为准确地离线计算出天然气管线放空过程介质的最低温度和最大流量等参数,指导工程设计中放空系统孔板喉径面积和管线材质的选取。
Aiming at the LNG pipeline system of an LNG receiving station, the dynamic model of natural gas pipeline venting system was established by using HYSYS Dynamic flow simulation software. The throat area of the orifice required for emergency venting was calculated by the model.
