本文对二次浇注法浮雕全息图复制工艺作系统研究,包括对二次浇注体材料的选择,浇注工艺设计以及复制转移效率等技术参数的测定.实现了用浇注工艺复制10001p/mm以上的浮雕全息图复制以及在异形曲表面和布基材料的全息图复制,达到基本实用的水平.
In this paper, the secondary casting method for relief holographic replication system for the system research, including the secondary casting material selection, pouring process design and copy transfer efficiency and other technical parameters determination. Achieved with the casting process of copying more than 10001p / mm embossed hologram replication as well as the profile of curved surface and the substrate material hologram replication, to achieve the basic level of practical.
