奶牛低血钙症流行状况调查

本试验旨在对低血钙症奶牛其繁殖性能、泌乳性能及与其他疾病的关系进行调查,用于评价低血钙症对奶牛生产性能的影响。选取产后0~30d体况、胎次相近的奶牛,依据血钙指标确定低血钙组20头和健康组25头作为试验动物,通过记录奶牛基本信息并跟踪记录各临床资料分析奶牛低血钙对相关生产性能的影响。结果显示,患低血钙症的奶牛繁殖性能整体降低,表现在首次发情天数、初配天数、配种天数和产犊间隔延长,以上指标差异均极显著高于健康组(P<0.01),低血钙组奶牛输精次数显著高于健康组(P<0.05);低血钙组奶牛的泌乳天数极显著高于健康组(P<0.01),但平均每天产奶量极显著低于健康组(P<0.01),患低血钙症的奶牛泌乳性能下降;患低血钙症的奶牛能容易患肢蹄病、胃肠疾病、乳房炎、子宫炎、子宫感染,其中与乳房炎呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与子宫感染呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结果表明,低血钙症会对随后的繁殖性能和泌乳性能有不利的影响,并会增加其他疾病发生的风险。 The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the reproductive performance, lactation performance and other diseases of hypocalcemic dairy cows and to evaluate the effect of hypocalcemia on the performance of dairy cows. The cows with body condition and parity between 0 and 30 days postpartum were selected, 20 hypoglycemic group and 25 healthy group were determined as experimental animals according to the serum calcium level. The basic information of dairy cow and the clinical data were recorded and analyzed. Impact on relevant production performance. The results showed that the overall reproductive performance of cows with hypocalcemia decreased as the first estrus days, the number of first mating days, the number of breeding days and the interval of calving were prolonged. The above indexes were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The lactation days in hypocalcemia group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.01), but the average daily milk yield was significantly lower than that in healthy group (P <0.01). The lactation performance of dairy cows suffering from hypocalcemia decreased. Hypocalcemia cows could easily suffer from foot-and-mouth disease, gastrointestinal diseases, mastitis, metritis and uterine infection. Among them, (P <0.01), and had a significant positive correlation with uterine infection (P <0.05). The results show that hypocalcaemia will adversely affect subsequent performance of reproduction and lactation, and will increase the risk of other diseases.
