我厂从美国利茨勒股份有限公司引进的浸胶联合机,自1988年试车生产以来,随着设备运转时间的延续,进口轴承备件已消耗殆尽,供求矛盾日益突出,不仅直接影响设备完好,而且严重制约正常生产。重新进口手续繁杂,报价昂贵,交货周期长。为此,我们集中人力物力,用国产轴承替代进口轴承。 1.收集整理资料 外商提供的浸胶联合机资料中没有轴承方面的技术资料,我们从日常的设备检查和修理中收集、记录、整理了一些资料,并用专门的卡片详细记录,便于查阅。
