2010年的一部电影《阿凡达》的上映,引爆了全球的3D观影热潮,而其后的南非世界杯首次采用了3D电视转播,又让3D立体节目从电影银幕向着广大家庭电视终端用户迈进了一大步。3D影视技术与产业链的日趋完善,逐步催生出了新的业务形态与消费需求。目前,在美国、英国和日韩等国家如火如荼的开展3D电视频道建设的同时,中国3D立体影视产业也在呼唤更明确的发展规划以及统一的行业标准,并积极探讨可行的运营模式。在此背景下,为推动我国立体电视快速健康地发展,为了解行业技术需求并广泛听取各方建议,由国家广电总局广播电视规划院主办,《影视制作》杂志承办的“3D立体影视技术发展与运营实践研讨会”在北京召开。这是广电系统首次就3D电视运营规划及标准制定开展的专门研讨,也是中国3D立体影视具有里程碑性质的一次会议,会议中的很多观点或具有先践性、或具有指导性,本刊特别摘录各方观点与精彩内容以飨读者。

This is the first time that the radio and television system has conducted special discussions on the planning and standard setting of 3D television operations. It is also a landmark meeting of China’s 3D stereoscopic film and television industry. Many of the ideas in the conference are either practical or instructive.
