加入WTO之后,我国需要与国际社会逐渐接轨,接轨的内容不仅包括硬件部分的经济制度、规则以及相关法律,也包括软件部分的思想和意识,这给我国带来机遇的同时也带来挑战。我国的跨国企业应以此为契机,学习和借鉴国外先进的管理思想,特别是跨文化冲突管理思想,因为在全球化背景下,跨文化冲突管理的成败关系着跨国经营的成败。本文就此讨论跨文化冲突的原因、特征,并从跨文化沟通、跨文化融合两个角度提出我们的应对策略。
After joining the WTO, our country needs to gradually integrate with the international community. The content of the integration includes not only the economic system, rules and related laws of the hardware part, but also the thoughts and awareness of the software part. This brings opportunities and challenges for our country. The multinational enterprises in our country should take this as an opportunity to learn and learn from foreign advanced management thinking, especially the idea of cross-cultural conflict management, because in the context of globalization, the success or failure of cross-cultural conflict management is related to the success or failure of transnational management. This article discusses the causes and characteristics of intercultural conflicts and puts forward our countermeasures from two perspectives: intercultural communication and intercultural integration.
