黄河下游及支流河道断流加剧以及黄河流域水资源紧缺日益加重,急剧要求将水量丰富的川西高原的水调入黄河解决黄河及其支流渭河的生态环境和生产生活用水,从而从根本上解决黄河水量少、用水多的问题。本文主要在收集、整理川西地区的地理、水文、气象等资料的基础上,通过对川西调水沿线主要河流的多年流量统计与洪量统计分析,得出了每条河流的理论可控制流量及可调出水量,进而论证了川西调水方案在水资源、可调水量方面是可行的。
