应用兔肺泡巨噬细胞测试系统,选用细胞半数致死浓度(LC_(50))、乳酸脱氢酶活性和细胞培养液中的~(51)Cr释放量等指标,研究了GBW04104(No.4和GBW04105(No.5)两种标准铀矿样粉的细胞毒性,并与国产标准石英(Q,s)进行了比较。结果:Q,s、No.5、No.4的LC_(50)依次为0.072、0.201、0.344mg/m1;综合毒性指数(CTI)依次为1.0000、0.6093、0.3566,为定量评价粉尘样品的细胞毒性提供了初步依据。
Rabbit pulmonary alveolar macrophages test system was used to determine the half-lethal concentration (LC_ (50)), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and the release of ~ (51) Cr in cell culture medium. The effects of GBW04104 GBW04105 (No.5), and compared with domestic standard quartz (Q, s) .Results: LC_ (50) of Q, s, 0.017,0.201,0.344mg / ml. The comprehensive toxicity index (CTI) was 1.0000,0.6093,0.3566, which provided a preliminary basis for the quantitative evaluation of the cytotoxicity of dust samples.
