体育与健康课程是增进学生健康的必修学科,是促进学生德智体美全面发展、落实素质教育的重要途径。但在实际教学过程中,学生参与体育运动的自觉性不高,影响了教学有效性。对此,笔者结合教学实践,提出了如下几点教学建议,以便优化高中体育课堂,实现有效教学。一、关注兴趣,优化内容在高中体育教学中,有些教师侧重技能训练,却忽视了学习者的运动兴趣与学习习惯,因而不少学生缺乏体育运动的自觉性、体育锻炼的积极性。实际上,由体育课程标准
