针对图像火焰检测装置中采用通用 CPU 处理图像能力不足的问题,开发了新一代基于 DSP 数字信号处理器和视频芯片的电路板,解决了复杂判据无法实时运行的瓶颈,并在此基础上研制了专用图像火焰检测器模块,编写了新的视频工作站软件,实现对图像火焰检测器的管理.该套 LY2000 系统成功地实现了对单个燃烧器煤粉火焰状态的准确预报,作为国内第 1 套基于 DSP 图像处理的火检系统迅速推广应用.
