几种生产工艺和方法不同的5A分子筛(5A-0、5A-2、5A-4)对正癸烷和正十四烷表现出不同的吸附性能,且对含氮,含氧及烯烃等有机物质的影响表现出不同的抗毒性能.在脱蜡过程中失活程度也有不同,5A-2分子筛失活后,蜡收率下降到原来的70%.5A-4分子筛失活后,蜡收率下降到原来的50%.为了分析其原因,采用了XRD、SEM、FABMS、TPD及IR等方法对这几种不同的5A分子筛的结构、阳离子作用及表面酸性作了初步研究及性能上的剖析,从而得出了5A-0、5A-2、5A-4几种分子筛的差距所在.
