目的:建立荆菊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以VARIAN Microsorb 100-5 C18柱为分析柱,甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为280 nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0.042 8～0.856 g.L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD 1.45%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定荆菊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of arctiin in Jingju cold tablets. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a VARIAN Microsorb 100-5 C18 column with methanol-water (40:60) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: Arctiin had good linearity between 0.042 8 and 0.856 g · L -1, r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries were 100.2% and RSD 1.45% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used to determine the content of arctiin in Jingju cold pill.
