研究制备了新型高效热屏蔽涂层材料,分析了高效热屏蔽涂层材料的隔热原理和油罐受太阳辐射热的传热特点。应用表明:高效热屏蔽涂层材料可大幅度降低油罐表面温度,改善罐内受热情况,其热屏蔽效果明显好于现有的“凉凉胶”或其它隔热涂料,可取代喷淋水降温,从而降低油品蒸发损耗,实现安全生产与节能。
A new type of high efficient heat shielding coating material was researched and prepared. The principle of heat insulation of high efficiency heat shielding coating material and the heat transfer characteristics of the tank affected by solar radiant heat were analyzed. The application shows that the efficient heat shielding coating material can greatly reduce the surface temperature of the oil tank and improve the heat condition inside the tank, and the heat shielding effect is obviously better than the existing “cool glue” or other heat insulating coating, which can replace the spray Water spray cooling, thereby reducing oil evaporation loss, to achieve safe production and energy saving.
