本刊讯(记者许方霄)2015年,北京市医院管理局对市属医院绩效考核指标体系进行了较大调整,将原来主要由定量考核加定性考核指标构成的考核指标体系完善为,由主要绩效考核目标、日常绩效评价、个性化绩效指标、党建考核指标等构成的新一版绩效考核与评价指标体系。从2015年上半年市属医院绩效考核总体运行情况看,各市属医院对绩效考核工作重视程度日益加强,绩效管理水平日趋提高。2015年上半年市属医院绩效考核结果显示:1~6月,22家市属医院的门急诊总诊疗人次达1569.0万人次,出院
